Top Shelf

Well, I finally succumbed to the dark side and did some Organization XIII fanart. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the stupidest way to get something off the top shelf since the invention of the stepladder.
Axel and Xigbar needed one of Vexen's latest concoctions, but didn't feel like "bothering" him so decided to get it for themselves. Roxas got dragged along because he always does. Once they arrived at Vexen's lab, they discovered that what they needed was on the very top shelf, much to their annoyance. Axel nipped out into the hallway and recruited Zexion, who had the misfortune to be passing by, to help with his brilliant plan.
Everything was going swimmingly until Xigbar squirmed, complaining that Axel's finger was in his eye, which indeed it was. Axel yelped and clung to Xiggy like a limpet, causing Zexion to overbalance. Roxas might have been all right had he not been stretched out, attempting to reach the jar. Their frantic yells and complaints drew Vexen and the Superior to the scene, as always, and the rest is history. Judging by Vexen's smirk, he has four new lab rats to experiment on...
Interesting bit of trivia. Demyx was originally going to be in this picture, but upon finishing the pencil I realized I'd forgotten him and I didn't feel like re-drawing the whole thing to put him under Zexy and Roxas. I was going to have him on the ground complaining, having fallen off the top of the stack, but I forgot that too.
