Storm Masquerade

I used to do this kind of drawing a lot a couple of years ago. Hadn't done much of it since, but I thought it would be a cool effect for what I was trying to do here. Fullview, please, because otherwise it's kind of hard to see.
Just so you know? That's a SWORD she's holding. I know it came out looking strange. And the wolf standing next to her is named Toujiookami, or just Touki. He's provided by the wonderful Torenchiko-to.
